  1. Kenneth Lester
    Robins & Morton December 2016 Kenny always goes the extra mile to accomadate any situation that arises. His positive attitude consistantly makes any situation easier to handle. Garnaris has not missed a day of work in 19-20 months. He works on his tasks with dilligence and skill. His supervisor notes, the "guy is awesome, one of the best riggers I've got."

    Lithko April 2017 Matt is always in a positive mood. He would go out of his way to help anybody. You can tell he enjoys what he does, by just watching Matt and his crew. He comes in early and stays late to get the job done. He definitely has a "whatever it takes" mindset. Keep up the good work Matt!

    Allston Farrell May 2017 Mr. Martin showed a lot of compassion towards a visitor who got lost on his way to the ART Building. Jimmy took the time to walk the visitor all the way to the hospital. This act of kindness is to be celebrated and Mr. Martin is to be commended on his actions. Thank you for helping the community Jimmy!

Reindeer Run 2016

Not even a brief rainstorm could dampen the enthusiasm of children and others gathered August 12 for the groundbreaking of the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital and Pearl Tourville Women’s Pavilion.
Assistant Superintendent Paul Melvin had a shoe and boot vendor come in and explain the technology behind the shoes and boots we wear every day. There are new technologies like carbon fiber instead of steel, antimicrobial linings, lighter materials, and different construction based on your trade and what performance you are looking for. 
The MUSC Construction team had a blast particpating in the Reindeer Run 5K benefitting MUSC.

Cooper River Bridge Run 

Ashley Hall Field Trip

The MUSC Children's Hospital Construction Team had a blast running and voluneering in the 2016 Bridge Run. We look forward to participating again this year!
Ashley Hall  Early Education and Lower School students took a field trip to visit the construction site of the new MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital and Women's Pavilion. This went along with their investigation of engineering and construction. It was a perfect way to celebrate National Engineering Week! 

Burke High School Field Trip

Burke High School students visit the MUSC Children's Hospital Construction Site and did a full tour! Students spoke with Engineers on how to pursure a career in construction.
